Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from this website located at https://www.iburger.us and from herein referred to as iBurger Miami. Please note that your use of iBurger Miami constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms.

General
We may, from time to time, change the terms that govern your use of iBurger Miami. Your use of iBurger Miami following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, iBurger Miami from time to time.

Product Information
Most iBurger Miami products displayed on iBurger Miami are available at our restaurant locations in the United States while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise or menu items displayed for sale may not be available in all locations. The prices displayed at iBurger Miami are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.

Order Processing
Orders placed through iBurger Miami will be processed promptly to ensure timely preparation for pick-up or delivery. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. If you have any questions or have not received confirmation of your order within 3 business days, please notify info@iburger.us. You will receive an email from oders@iburger.us when your order has been confirmed.

Prices & Taxes
All orders within Florida will incur the current Florida sales tax. Please contact info@iburger.us if you have any questions regarding pricing or taxes.

Product Availability
Although availability may be indicated on iBurger Miami, we cannot guarantee product availability and items, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate preparation or delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, substitute items with substantially similar functionality and specifications or cancel your order.

Returns & Exchanges
All sales made online are final. Returns or exchanges are not available at this time, except in cases of order errors or defective items. Please contact us if you believe there has been an error with your order.

Pick-up Orders
If you select pick-up as your order option, please ensure you arrive within the designated time slot. If you are unable to pick up your order within the agreed time, please contact us to make arrangements. Unclaimed orders may not be eligible for refunds, unless otherwise stated. Orders ready for pick-up will be held for up to 24 hours after the scheduled pick-up time.
